About

HENRY C. LOZANO is a prominent advocate for drug-free communities across America. His advocacy work has taken him from Teen Challenge, a faith-based ministry for intervention, and recovery support services in Southern California to serving in multiple presidential and Cabinet appointments as an advisor on national prevention efforts. Today, Henry is serving as an inaugural USDA Faith and Opportunity Fellow under the current White House administration addressing the opioid and fentanyl crisis.

His life continues to be a modern-day story. As a former addict, he has made it his life’s mission to equip and empower whole communities to make prevention a priority. Henry’s life, set to the backdrop of the borderlands of California and Mexico, of addiction and advocacy, is a testament to God’s saving power and unmerited grace.

Henry now lives in Southern California with his wife Paulette.
